Welcome to Riverside Studio in Fordingbridge!
Situated literally a two minutes walk to the High Street yet in a totally peaceful setting. A tributary of the River Avon passes through the garden just metres from the door (no it does not flood!).
The fully furnished and equipped unit is detached from the main house but is adjacent to it and shares most of its services so you'll have minimal bills (even Broadband Internet & Sky TV) as it is regarded as ancillary accommodation to the main house. The studio is on two levels. As a great deal of expense and effort has gone into its renovation, and its position relative to the house (the studio is to the right of the cottage you see as background to this web page), we are only able to rent Riverside Studio to someone who will look after it and be very considerate not only to us but also our neighbours. If you see it you'll understand why. Regret no DSS, children, pets, students etc.
