  Kitchen.  All newly fitted and with stainless steel fan oven, extractor and hob plus mircowave.  An automatic washing machine with room for a condensing tumble drier if you want one.  Fridge Freezer.  Table and four chairs with plenty of room to eat.

  Sitting room with futon (converts to occasional double bed).  TV with Sky.  Room is very light with windows giving a beautiful view over the garden.
